Middlesex County, Ontario		You could degrease the hose and fill the cracks with black silicone gasket maker.

Add a popcan, more gasket maker, and some fabric tape if it still leaks after that.

If you have any scrap vehicles you may be able to salvage some pre-bent hose from a rad.

You can buy hose elbows in different diameters from auto parts stores.

I think you are better off buying a new hose.
