Kind of piece work but cut the straight section of it under the cab then flip over the bad elbow part and put a straight metal tube section at the split so the tube runs pst the bad section.
You could also probably find some fuel rated hose or silicon elbows like they use for inter cooler turbo plumbing on eBay pretty cheap.
Need ideas on how to fix this deteriated hose?
