If you take I-29 to Sioux City and leave Sioux City going north on 75 you will hit LeMars, where Blue Bunny ice cream is made and I think there is a farm toy museum there.  If you head north from LeMars and keep on 75 you will come through Sioux Center, which is 80% Dutch and very progressive looking town.
