Preferably low cost to free, but anything I have found likes to make the image fuzzy or take out details. Inkscape seems to get close but it does odd things with bordering colors, makes it look like saw blades teeth. 3d paint refuses to keep details after I select them or remove them.
Worst case scenario I'll try to not go insane and do it manually with paint 3d but I'm hoping there's something better.
