SE IL | You talking about these? Look at the scale and understand what they are saying. In most of IL for example, looks to have a 40% chance of below normal. I think normal for us down here is roughly 4" or 1" per week. So there is a somewhat good chance we will have less than that 1" during that 8-14 day window. It doesnt mean zero rain, just less than normal. At least thats how I read it.
