coast of Maine
Sevin is very toxic to bees, but it is cheap and easy to find.Late evening treatments will lesson the impact, some plants (raspberry) will yield nectar til dark as bees will be there til then, early am is easiest then.Fungicide and a copper based product should keep your garden healthier if the other packages are there, food water tilth.I have no garden but 100s of gardens for production, once was told by IRS agent that if I ate a carrot out of the field I always had to claim it as income. But I said I would get right on that! Then i asked about being on call and having to live where I worked and that should allow a housing deduction as it was not a benefit but a job requirement,,,,,ahhh hmmmm, ahhh, nnnnahhhh, dropped it he did.hehe
