I dont know maybe the price isnt out of line. What should I expect to pay for a cash sale, no bank involvement. Title search, title insurance, closing fee, doc fee, etc. they want $1140.
Wish I knew more about buying property and could just do it all myself. Figured I'd play it safe and use a title co.
