What I meant to say was how do you know that the rock shaft is twisted?
Edit again:
Is the rock shaft actually twisted or are the lift links out of adjustment where the right side is longer than the left side. If the float pins on the lift links are not installed it will make it look like the right side sits lower than the left side too.
