Lincoln County. NC

Torque both tie bolts to 50 lb/ft. Turn each another 3 flats or 1/2 turn. Turn each another 2 flats or 1/3 turn. The same idea as torquing head bolts in stages. DO NOT torque both to 50 lb/ft then add 5 flats to one all at once.
