Catch him and haul him home. After he has to stop whatever he is doing and hook a trailer and come get his bull 2 or 3times he MAY learn. Make sure and tell the owner when you call that the bull is in a pen with no feed and water. If he doesn't get the point pretty quick then maybe call sheriff. Just make sure he has water if he lets him slide a day. You don't want to be responsible. Or instead of bringing him home I don't know if it would be illegal to drive him out the gate and down the road a ways.
