Iowa | I had to go buy a used fridge off Craigslist to get me by while I wait for lg to fix mine. I ended up finding the licensed lg repairman in my area myself since lg was not able accomplish that task on there own. Once I found them I called back to lg and asked for the Apn number. Once my repairmen had that number he was able to proceed with the warranty. If I'd of left all this up to lg, I don't know if it'd ever been done. This will be the last lg appliance I buy. | |
