I got a Bobcat 753 skid steer loader and I can load and unload my 5x6 rolls with it, but I awful careful and stay on a level ground. With that I would say Bobcat 863 or 873 skid steer loader would be the next size above the 753. They should be brought under her budget with some maintenance money left over. You also said there was already a tractor and loader?
