NC Iowa | After an hour and a half on the phone with Microsoft, we have resolved the issues on my computer with Excel spreadsheet colors for cells/columns etc. Somewhere during the updates, going from Office 365 to Microsoft 365,we lost an valid subscription and on the Windows update the colors and fonts changed and we lost some colors. I think everything is back up and running. Apparently the "Accessibility" (checking for colors, merged cells, etc. in Excel is still there, however it will just make note of those items if you are so inclined to make changes. Microsoft did call me right on the scheduled time setup. The gal that helped us through it kept at it till it was fixed. Thanks for listening. You always wonder if an update will mess up things that appear to being running fine, farm equipment as well. Got to love technology. Mr. D | |
