WC MN
!. The offset rim is putting an undue load on the bearings. By removing the outside dual, where previously the load was centered over the bearing, you moved the load in board by 11", it appears, and multiplied the load on the inside bearing . Your failure will happen again with this setup.

2. The spindle/axle is not Redball design. The spindle should not be welded in place -- compromises the integrity of the spindle.

3. The boom MAY be a Redball boom. Same boom is use on Models 680, 670, 655. The boom structure components are obsolete, can be found in some bone yards.

4. The frame/axle is NOT Redball, it maybe Summers.

5. Buhler/Farm King did purchase Redball in 2009. The 500 series sprayers were continued under the Farm King brand name. The 600 series sprayers were not continued, hence the obsolete status.

6. Redball manual attached.
