Here, it’d not pass. Too many conductors in too long a run of conduit, so the amperage ratings of the conductors would have to be derated.

Since the conduit is over 24” in length, ampacity needs to be adjusted. I count 8 total NM cables, each with 2 current carrying conductors. With 16 current carrying conductors, the ampacity allowed for the #12 conductors (circuits) would be 15A. The #14 circuits would be allowed a max of 12.5A.

Edit: I have seen installs like this be passed, however.

Inspector could also want a bushing on both ends of the conduit, if doesn’t otherwise have an issue with the install.
