South Central MN | I think mine mainly started growing on my cheeks and chin first. Pretty sure the neck was the last thing that started to need regular mowing.
Years ago I kept it shaved, mostly just because that is what I always did. Then worked at a job that required respirator use for 5 years so had to be clean shaven. Left that job full time a few years ago, quit bothering with the shaver, found out my cheeks, chin, neck, and stash area all grow out above my expectations. My wife however trims it all off when she gives me a haircut so not sure how bushy it would become. I have a cousin who has a full on ZZ Top/motorcycle guy beard, so imagine with time it would grow pretty good. | |
