Iowa | If it's a problem in your area or for the three judges back yards that's fine to change the rules in a reasonable time frame, but it's not fine to change the rules where there has not been much of a problem, and it is absolutely wrong to change the rules at this time of the year where it has not been much of a problem and users have been responsible. Around here it is a lot more like the ambulance not meeting emission standards than an out of control ambulance hitting other vehicles. Just because these three judges have a hammer does not mean the rest of the world should be a nail for them to pound. | |
