S Illinois | Except in your example it was not because the ambulance didn’t have emissions. It’s because the ambulance would lose parts going down the road and hit other vehicles once and awhile despite the assurance from the manufacturer all parts were secure and if the loose parts did do damage the answer was tough. So no your needs are not necessarily superior to others. Your complaint should be directed at the negligent manufacturer.
