Amen ot what Scott 730 said. Shop floor drains can be a real issue and a source of oil and chemical contamination so don't run it into the septic system. You should have a oil and grease trap designed in the ot floor drain to catch things when someone fouls ups and send a bunch of oil down the drain or worse. Don't tell the local health department about your drain either.
