Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Sounds to me like you need a larger pump or will have to slow down.
Not to pick on you but this reminded me of an incident several years ago when I worked as a Tech. A local irritating customer came into the shop and was complaining to our rather "bucky" shop foreman that he could only spray at 10 MPH and he wanted to go 12 MPH. The shop foreman answered "Well go just go 10 MPH". The customer replied "I can't get anything done at 10 MPH". The shop foreman replied "How much are you getting done standing here complaining?" The customer turned around and left.
