north Iowa | We tested every field one year. The last round of the field I would plant at 4.5 MPH. The balance was at 7 or a little better depending on the cloud cover. I could not stand doing the first round at 4.5 because I thought the end would never come. On 50 different trials covering 4000 acres over all kinds of ground the 7 mph was .1 bushels less than 4.5mph that's point 1 not 1. So I know its against all other data we plant 7 mph. | |
