Minnesota | I would check the Short circuits test that I have attached. It will test all the CAN cabling for resistance on the system without the sensors connected. To verify if all your cabling is within spec. Make sure you also aren't using dielectric grease in the connections either. It can add resistance and cause intermittent Comm issues. Also attached is an open circuits test for making sure you proper power to the sensors. Where are you getting power at? Have seen flaky communication issues by using the convenience port or cigarette type power port in the cab. It will read volts but once its under load random items will drop off the Can Bus. Make sure there is an inline fuse, but i would run power straight to battery.
