Then you get rolling good and land purchases happen, the equipment is all your responsibility, shops get built, bins go up, employees come and go, family members die, landlords die, the weather drop kicks you three years in a row. The most profitable year I ever had was in 2008 when I was 32 years old......I could have bought 3 new pickups with what I paid IRS. It's been way more struggle than fortune since then. Good luck!
