Subject: RE: Rebuilding a hayrack question

scmn
We topped this wagon off before backing it in the shed last fall. It was stacked 6 high all the way to the front prior to that.

When I fill all the way to the front there is still about 6" of rack on the front. I typically end up with one foot on the rack and one on the chute as I finish the front; it is a lot of work and only the last loads of the year will get stacked that way so we can back them in the shed. FWIW the top layer rubbed on the door header as I pulled it out of the shed so 9 high was out of the question.
