Illinois | My question is there was a new program announced before this virus hit, what does that entail? Did they just combine the two, and that is what the CCC side is? Then why is that tied to bushels in the virus time frame? The damage was from the trade situation and the ethanol debacle. Plus, when that was announced there was to be a payment in August. Not intending to be Wendy Whiner, just trying to understand their thought process.
