Western Oregon | 1/2 cup serving would be about right according to my doctor. sigh.
My Mom used to make ice cream in the old metal ice cube trays. Mixed with a hand mixer, freeze and then let thaw a little, add flavorings and whip with hand mixer again and freeze until serving. I don't have the recipe as I can't have dairy. But she would make a single tray batch for me from goats milk once or twice in the summer....James
