I put in a 3' dirt berm and put a 6' solid PVC fence on top of it along my property line. Closed in a small back yard patio off the bedroom with the same fence. I found a solid cedar fence did little to cut down noise. The PVC is hollow and cuts the noise....James
Ideas for reducing highway noise?
