My son did mine. He'd clipped his 4H goats for several years, so knew how to run clippers. We'd had a set from when the boys were small, until I knipped an ear and got fired. I held still better than a goat and it turned out pretty good.
If you start jumping vertically and making strange sounds, get to a vet promptly!
