I have a Pit Boss pellet grill.  I can be ready to grill in under 15 minutes.  I cooked the best hamburgers ever on it the other night.  Got it up to 400° put the hamburgers on and turned it down to 300° cooked for 15 minutes, flipped them and cooked for another 10 minutes.  Best juicy hamburgers ever.  Haven't tried steaks, but it has a movable piece in the bottom  so you can grill over a flame.

I bought  a Weber gas grill on sale at Lowes this winter. Thinking about selling it now that I like the burgers better on the Pit Boss.
