Work with a producer here who has Playboy centerfolds all over the wall in front of the desk in his shop. I ask him how many times they got the wrong part cause they get distriacted whilst on the phone with their supplier. He thought about for a minute and said, "You know I never thought about that being the reason!" I took that to mean that it happens once in awhile.
