Glad you are doing well Archie. Maybe food is like the old computer saying, garbage in garbage out.
What we eat makes a difference in our health for sure.
I think the older we get the more food health issues show up. When I was young I could eat about anything and feel ok. Seems like what I eat is more important at 66.
