| They are more like popovers if you use almond flour! A nice way to eat a high fat modest protein food. If you add butter on the plate cinnamon and 2 strips of bacon 4 popovers are just over 500 calories. I have to give J Burns a big thank you for whole diet and disease connections along with practical experiences and plenty of you tube background. Personally I have lost significant weight and radically changed by blood glucose and other underlying health issues in just under 3 months. Thank you! | |
