| Reliability for me has been 100% but I do not use it very much until lately. I have used the obi phone a lot more lately to call into meetings. Worked very well.
I heard that the ooma went down once for me for a few hours on a Sunday. This was after the effect that I found out about the outage. I had the ooma for 8-10 years and now the Obi for 4-5 years.
The obi is plugged into a switch that is then plugged into my router. I can see the voice mail as google voice translates the call to text. Google voice is really good on my cell phone to tell people to leave me a voice mail. A lot of the spam callers just hang up when they see this. The amount of spam calls was only 7-10 a week but now it is even rarer to get a spam call. That is probably the best thing about google voice. | |
