I've done this the last two falls, EZ-Guide 500 on RTK from a Trimble SNB900 and outputting NMEA to an AgLeader Insight using a splitter cable Trimble P/N 57351.

I connected P2 to the SNB900 and connected P3 to the Insight yield monitor, P1 connects to the EZ-500.  Make sure the SNB900 is on the correct network ID, then switch the RTK radio from "Trimble Radio" to "Generic CMR" set at 38,400 N 1.  Turn on the NMEA output to the same baud rate of 38,400 N 1 and set the messages GGA and VTG on (for the Insight).  This works with the Insight, I'm not sure about the YM2000 or other monitors.

In order to get the EZ-Guide to send out NMEA on pin 3 switch the receiver to WAAS and then back to RTK.

To change network IDs you need to change the RTK correction source back to "Trimble Radio" change the net ID and repeat the steps to again send out NMEA.

It works well using the Insight.
