The COM Port can ONLY be set to one Baud Rate at a time. The RTK Radio is communicating at 19200 Baud (i think). So the port must be configured for that to communicate with the radio. Thus the peripheral devices must be configured for that baud rate aswell.

Now I am currently researching the use of the Aux port for the RTK radio thus opening up the com for use on other devices.
