I am a plodder. Going to an actual running shoe store and getting shoes that fit and support my feet and my arches was amazing.
In my case, Brooks Beast shoes because I need a lot of arch support, but everyone’s shoes are different. When I get a new pair of shoes and break through the first week wall on the treadmill, I start to feel good after jogging.
