So I have talked to my bank. I am a sole proprietorship that has a full time employee that is 1099. Being that I do not pay myself or my wife (we both are full time farmers/our farm retail business).
Myself or business is not eligible. But they say my worker is eligible even though he is still working. Makes no sense.
Also since I am a farmer I am not eligible for EIDL.

I did get MFP in 2019 (my crop was not eligible in 2018) so I guess I already got my share.

Very fustrating and not sure how I will make ends meet but so far this is the hand I am delt.


Exactly this is a crock. Let's make sure that the big guys with employees that farm the whole county get paid. But lets not let the little guy that does all his own work make sure he gets a paycheck. Bad bad deal in my opinion. So the same guys that setup multiple farms at fsa to max payments get more again
