| So I have talked to my bank. I am a sole proprietorship that has a full time employee that is 1099. Being that I do not pay myself or my wife (we both are full time farmers/our farm retail business).
Myself or business is not eligible. But they say my worker is eligible even though he is still working. Makes no sense.
Also since I am a farmer I am not eligible for EIDL.
I did get MFP in 2019 (my crop was not eligible in 2018) so I guess I already got my share.
Very fustrating and not sure how I will make ends meet but so far this is the hand I am delt. | |
