The trouble, I don’t know that folks with chickens are profiting are they?

In the meat, milk, grain trades it is the middle men that are living large, hauling wheelbarrows of cash to the bank.

Retail staples are all being price gouged higher, bulk commodity prices are all being dropped to well below cost of production.

It has to be good to be a food processor these days, can pretend we are running out of everything and social media hauls the water for you, pay anything to buy the staples.

Paul, most of the large egg producers process their own product. Hickman farms at Phoenix process 750k eggs per hour.
In production Ag, there are airways winners and losers. Seems to be the nature of the beast unfortunately.
