Subject: Who'd a thunk it

Panhandle of Ne.
Heard a story on 880 going to the field this morning about the egg market. Couple months ago they were .97 a dozen and now that demand has grown and supply had dwindled they are now 3.00 per dozen. Classic example of econ 101 about supply and demand. Maybe corn farmers could learn something from this? Most likely not.
