I was a JD dealer for 15 yrs. and we just figured delivery charge into the trading price. We delivered equip. as far as 1200 miles. Local guys usually just drove tractors and combines home. Sometimes the long haul things were picked up by buyer or they would hire cheaper truckers than us.
