Subject: Burn building where it sits or dig hole and burn?

Sheldon, Ia
Got a building to take down for a neighbor. It is a stick built with steel on outside, 30x60, drywalled interior, insulated with cement floor. Doing it with an excavator. I'm not taking the steel off just want to burn it and then sort what doesn't burn up. What I'm wondering is will I be better off burning it where it sits or digging a hole and burn it in there? I don't have to bury the concrete, someone wants it to line a riverbank. Just not sure how good it's gonna burn with all the drywall and i want to sort as easy as possible. No other buildings on the property to worry about catching on fire. Any thoughts?
