I don't think we will know that till a while after the fact.

I am more interested in moving forward from the point we are currently at.

What we have done to date is water under the bridge. What we do going forward is what is important.

I think we have been trying to lock down without causing too much pain. Kind of a half measured effort. If we stop now, it will spread like wildfire. We need to test like crazy to relieve people’s fears, allow them to get back to work/everyday life. Most of the country, excluding the large cities, are at the beginning of this, similar to other countries two months ago that got it somewhat under control. We could do the same.
