Both my wife and my son needed antibiotics because of secondary infections. My wife did not get better right away with the antibiotics like we typically do with a bacterial infection. We figure she was fighting both the virus and the bacteria. That is why many doctors are recommending the Z pack along with the malaria drugs. She was coughing up green stuff that tasted horrible until she got the antibiotics.
