Subject: RE: How do you eat this?

Texas
I stay away from cans that are labeled as fish in oil and no mention of olive oil. If it’s soybean oil, that stuff is known to reduce testosterone. I stay away from soy based products in food. No thank you.

Like John said, it is a taste that you may have to get used to. Sometimes there’ll be a can of fish that’s saltier tasting than others. Try a well known brand that’s skinless boneless in olive oil and see if it’s more appealing. King Oscar is a brand I like. You can eat them on crackers if you can’t stand them alone on a fork. I opened a can of the skinless boneless mackerel in olive oil and the fish texture was tough. Still tasted just fine and the expiration date was not expired.
