We always eat them with a spoon so eat the oil along with the fish. While we are at home, we dump them out into a bowl. Then in the bowl we will add some dill pickle relish, some capers, mustard or sometimes some avocado mayonnaise instead of the mustard. Chop them up a little with a spoon and eat with a spoon. I was hungry today at lunch and actually mixed up two cans that way. Normally only eat one though. John
