Bloomington and Putnam IL | Agreed. I have also been over eating but have actually been losing weight since the lock down (I wrestled at 155 in 1982 and weighed 151 after my 6 this morning). My son and I are going to help mom and dad at the farm tomorrow and are looking forward to it. Getting outside will be good for my son. He is a very good runner but runs inside most days until it goes over 60 . Sunshine and sweat does the body and mind a lot of good.. |
