Nw Iowa | I may be wrong but 300ATU may need 2630 screen , you basically get what you pay for. Was dealer quoting used components or new? There has been talk for sometime that Deere will stop supporting 2600 screen. (That means it will still work but can’t update or remove programs.) if it is your main tractor and first time auto steer for you and they will help you get up and running I don’t think they are too far off. The thing with JD other than 300ATU it can all be moved to another tractor and 300 resold or used on another older tractor. I have also heard 300 is far superior to earlier models. If they get you up and running during busy time that would be worth a lot to me. | |
