Subject: RE: Is an atu worth it for me question

Willacoochee, GA
I farm about 550 acres and work a more than full time job. I manage a farm supply business (seed, chem, fertilizer), and comanage a peanut buying point. I probably do more work in the dark than in the light. With that said, I don't know if I could do it without autosteer. I have greenstar rtk in an 8245R, a trimble fmx on waas with section control on my 4710 highboy, and a trimble 750 on waas in a maxxum 140. I can tell you from experience, get a display with a nice sized screen for mapping. I can definitely say that there is no way I could ted the acres that I do without the gps.
