ECMN | I looked in my book, it doesn’t show one like yours with a bolt on plate opposite of the shaft. But they all show the ball bearings as I described, which likely would not come apart if you are just pulling the shaft out. Plenty of other parts that need to go back in right when going back together though. Probably just pull the box would be easier. Maybe if you just pull the bolts you could turn it down against the frame while you do the fitting. You have a plan for a vacuum supply for the brakes? You’ll want; no you will need that if you want that baby to stop worth a poo. Maybe those engines had a vac pump on them. | |
